Pranawa serves as a coordinator for the school as well as consultant and the facilitator for music development initiatives. As a core member of the faculty she provides proactive and innovative guidance and support regarding all facets of human resources management. She is responsible for human resources planning, parent teacher relations, organizational design and development and talent management of the school.

She teaches foundation level in music at CMH and she is pursuing her higher studies in theory of music.
